06-18-2025This place is a joke the prices are higher than anywhere else in Miami and then the price goes up every year by $100 so they are charging $450.00 for a 5x10 unit and I have called every single public storage facility listed and this place is truly robbing its customers and I have to loose my stuff because I cant pay that ridiculous not to mention one person calls and tells me it will go to auction on June 24th and the next day someone else calls and says it will go to auction on July 7 and Im barely 2 months behind and if these people werent so rude I would have tried to make arrangements but these people are so rude I dont even want to deal with them! Just have had the worst time with these people I should have went to any other public storage because this one DONT GO THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
