The agent was very helpful and ask me question regarding what I wanted to store, so I can get the right size storage room. Very professional and friendly.

08-09-2024Jesse and Eric at Extra Storage in Palmdale were very nice to us. Eric explained everything and made it easily digestible for us to understand. Eric gave us a tour of the grounds and of our storage unit. The 5 x 10 meets and easily exceeds our expectations its lager than we anticipated and works to our benefit. The lot is custom designed to minimize speed in and out of the facility so everyone stays safe. Its a drive up unit with accessible entry and exit points. I highly recommend talking with Jesse and Eric should you need a storage unit today or asap pricing changes quickly so hurry. They could not have been any Here nicer. This facility is an excellent shape, very clean, bright light, open from 6 AM to 10 PM. You cant beat that. Also you can use the app to enter the facility. The lock that you purchase from extra space storage comes with three keys and you can add up to three alternate people to your contract and allow them access to your unit. he explained the terms of the contract and how pricing and the company policies work so it definitely works for us. We hope experience is as good as ours Thanks for stopping by.
