08-29-2024There is a younger gentleman working there, I am guessing mid 20's. He pretty much does everything there, and he does it all with a smile. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Extremely professional, courteous, and eager to help. He even waxes the halls in the indoor parts of the the storage facility. I am beyond satisfied with Extra Storage, and it is his customer service that stands out the most.
