Jessica in the office is terrific! I was not familiar with the building. She checked me in efficiently, helped me find my way and answered all my questions. When I found a minor roof leak into my unit on the second day, she immediately found another close by and reserved it for me, including waiving a transfer fee. She is an asset to P.S. and represents the company very well. A+++

As someone who has had nothing but horrible experiences with storage facilities I was devastated to learn I would need one again. I got everything set up online and thought I was good to go upon arrival only to be told my reservation was not active, I was prepared for the worst.... But I didn't know Jessica. She was, calm, helpful, and super understanding even through my frustrations. What I feared was going to be a time consuming check-in, or cost me additional monthly, or even having to start all over again was all squashed by Jessica's customer service. The process ended up being super easy and I was checked in ready to head to my unit within 5 minutes. The facility itself is in a really nice spot. Updated and clean with good security... Sad to have my things in storage again but grateful for Jessica making the process easier. Ask for her!

Rented a storage before I moved in the office placed a lock on my storage, the office called me and told me they did not want the storage unlocked to put a lock in it.in the meantime they locked it with their office lock. I did place a lock and moved in a day later. When decided to move out I told the Office Manager to check me out by end of month March 31, 2025. I moved out on March 22 and left the unit locked as they want it locked. On April 1st at 8am I went to remove my lock from the empty storage, the Public Storage office charged me another month for April 2025 rent for an empty storage. When I address the issue I was told by the office that because I use my code to go into storage on April 1st it was rightfuly their reason to charge me another month. Later I called the head manager and said ok I am going to go put my lock in my storage 1151 He said I could not since it was already rented to another customer. What a way to do business. But business is business and where greed rules good customer service fails and decent reason fails too. I can not recommend this place and when you move out do it right. Do not use your code to go in to get your lock. Go to office and let them remove your lock. Otherwise because of automatic billing you will end up paying another month for an empty storage. They do not understand what real customer service is all about. MUrias
