08-29-2024The Manager, Lou, at the Otis Orchards location is phenomenal! He has gone out of his way to be kind in every situation, despite how difficult I can be at times! His professionalism and smiling face have made all the difference, and I swore I would never use a storage facility again after the experience I had at the last place near state line, but he has changed my attitude and made this a wonderful experience. The one issue I have is how much storage units cost these days, but that's an issue with the industry as a whole, and not specific to this company. Thank you Lou for everything you do!

08-27-2024The good news is there were no mice issues or flooding problems. Service was good and snow was always removed to access my unit. Every few months they jack up the price! $20- $30 on mine... You better pay attention to the auto payments. You get a text that the payment was made but don't tell you the amount so you won't know it went up unless you specifically look at the payment or maybe check an email(which I dont)... all in all nit a bad place to rent except for the regular price increasing.

08-25-2024This is the second unit I have rented from Extra Space. Both experience's we outstanding. They are informed and professional. They explain everything so clearly that I think I only had one or two questions. I could not beat the price either, and the unit was super clean. Can't go wrong here!
