Easy access off of S.R. 426, I-4 and Orlando Avenue makes this an easy location to reach from any part of northern Orange County.
Storage lockers are available to rent when looking to store a few smaller items, such as documents, small electronics or jewelry, while a 5x10 storage unit can hold backpacks, blankets and even paddleboards for trips a few blocks north to Lake Killarney.

01-14-2026I have had storage units here in Winter Park and on the coast, and all I can say is that the manager, Nikki, has been very helpful with our questions and keeps the property very clean. She has helped us navigate the payment app to set up automatic payments, is friendly, has answered questions about company policy, restrictions, etc., and has made being a tenant a breeze. We have dealt with managers before who made us want to go to a competitor, but this manager makes us happy to be here. My work deals with customer service so we pay close attention to these things, as we want these traits in all of our employees as well. Every tenant I have spoken with who has dealt with Nikki has relayed similar sentiments to me. If I was to recommend Public Storage to a friend or colleague, I would recommend this location knowing that she is managing it.
