08-19-2024I rented a unit through Katrina with 5 of my college roommates. She was so understanding of all of our busy schedules and worked with us throughout the renting process. The unit was so easy to access and use whenever we needed to come and go. I never felt paranoid about our stuff getting stolen/lost/broken etc. We will definitely be coming back when we have to move out again!

08-11-2024I needed to secure a storage unit, and I always review a business before I start a relationship with any company. I visited a company whos been around for a long time and they were sooooo Expensive! Then I remembered that Extra Space Storage was not too far from my house. I reviewed them and saw all of the five star reviews of Katrina and of the facility. When I walked in today, I could tell who she was and asked her name as I was greeted with a huge smile as she welcomed me in.. what a wonderful person, who provided a wonderful experience for my son and I. Just Awesome ??????
