08-13-2024The service is great. Jayson offered me opportunity to transfer to a cheaper unit is considerate customer service. Also considerate to take my payment from my bank account over the phone since my debit card hasn't arrived in the mail yet. As ithe facility goes, wish there was something they could do about parents picking up and dropping off kids from the ESS parking lot.

08-03-2024Everything was great over two years taking over the space from my daughter she left it behind and went out of town. I had to move it closer to me. So I move it from one area to another. The con is the price keeps going up like crazy it was ridiculously high.
