Perhaps it was my misunderstanding, but when I called in early April I recall being told a unit was being held for me for 15 days. When I called back on day 14, I was told the unit that had been reserved for me had been rented. Fortunately, there was one more unit available on the ground floor. In completing the contract, it took three attempts before the correct pricing was reflected on the contract. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility when I visited to obtain the lock and view the unit I was assigned. I appreciated that you have available the automatic monthly direct charge against a credit card for the monthly rental fee. Laura was great to work with.
