04-14-2025I am so impressed with the service and the response time that I received from Alicia on Monday, 4/14/2025. I was in a situation where I lost my lock and when I called all upset, I was assured by Alicia that I didn't have to worry and boy was she right she took me through the process of getting another lock and that truly made my evening and her professionalism in handling the matter assured me that there are still people out there still know what good customer service is all about and how to deliver that service. Thank you Alicia and the person who placed the urgent call. Keep up the good work.
