09-25-2026This is the closest Public Storage office to my home. I had too go into the office to complete some changes. I had the mist awesome interaction with Mr Mo. He told me what needed to be done. He said he would call me when a decision was made by the corporate office. To my surprise, I received his call back within an hour. Thank you Mr Mo(hammud). He followed through

09-12-2026I needed to store a vehicle short-term as I navigate through a long distance relocation. The customer service representative I spoke with, Ebony, was courteous and professional throughout the process and had my problem taken care of in minutes! Should I ever need a storage solution in the future, I would not hesitate to rely on Public Storage.
