01-25-2026KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! This company is predatory and dishonest about how they price their units. They will tell you a low price to get you to commit to unit and then raise the price on you every couple months until you're up to the price that they want you to pay. A manager told us this would happen and that it was nowhere in the contract that they would do this. They pray on the fact that you won't want to move your stuff or in some cases not even able to move your stuff if you don't live in the area. You can try to fight back and they won't raise "as much" but they'll come back in a month or two and just keep raising. We started at $72 a month and now they're trying to make us pay $200+ eight months later. If they were just up front about this it would be a whole different story. Let us know what the actual price is and give a discount on the first few months but tell people what they will eventually have to pay so we can make an informed decision on where to store our stuff. Now we hate you as as company AND have to move our stuff when instead we would have either just gone somewhere else or just paid them the actual price they wanted but not felt scammed to get there. I don't care as much that the price is higher but I do care that they have lied to us the entire time just to get us to pay that price. Please just ask before you use this company. What is the REAL price they're going to make you pay. Not just the price they're using to get you in the door to trap you

01-11-2026Ripoff - I started renting a storage unit a few months ago for $47.20 - and today I received a fee increase notice to $83.20 - a > 76% increase. Really not acceptable. And I just received another rate increase. My new rate is now > $140. Going from $47 to $141 in just a year is absolutely obscene. This feels like robbery. I will cancel ASAP. No one should use their storage facilities, they really try to exploit their customers

11-24-2025The manager told me that starting in December they're going to open at 8:00. I've been here at this storage facility for about two years and they've never done that before. I think I'm going to have to move to another storage facility somewhere else because 8:00 is too late. I don't know if you could see if they could fix it by opening at 7:00. 6:00 is fine because that's when we all leave for work. I don't know if you could look into that, please. That's what the manager told me. Thank you.
