08-29-2024My experience at my storage place was amazing, Chelsea Lopez was amazing, I told her I wanted to get a smaller storage she took her time out to show me the storage, she was helpful she told me everything I needed to know when I went back the second time she was just as nice one of the best customer service representative I seen in a long time and the place itself is clean the storage places are clean the one that I wanted wasn't ready it wasn't clean yet, someone had just left that storage place, Chelsea made sure that I waited till they cleaned it out, if you're looking for a storage place this is definitely the one.

08-27-2024Thank you for sharing the waters with us today. It's really weird weather in The Bay right now, so to be asked if we'd like bottled water was very sweet. Isaac and Chelsey didn't need to share their own personal waters with us, but they saw we were hot. I'm happy that there are still good people in the world. Thank you.

08-11-2024Update August 2024 The property had several units broken into recently, including ours. They have cameras and security gates but neither seemed to help. The neighborhood has gone downhill over the last 4-5 years. Outside living encampments in front of and next to the property, including trash and abandoned vehicles. If you have a unit that abuts the open lot next door, people might ask you for money or just stare at you while you move things in and out. It can feel uncomfortable. The staff member we worked with for the break-in was pleasant and gave us a new replacement lock. Legal/accountability issues likely impacted his ability to be more helpful with information about the crime. So I dont blame him directly. But all things considered, I cant justify keeping my previous 5 star rating. Update for 8/25/19 Thank you to Ricardo and Jimiqua for catching an error that was going to have our organization move units when it wasn't needed. Saved us a lot of time and trouble. Thank you Ricardo for correcting all the paperwork as well. Great customer service! Original Post We were consolidating two units into a larger unit that just opened up. Joyce made the transaction go smoothly and was on top of all the details!
