11-28-2025Beware of renting units here. I was misled about alot of things. I am on a fixed income and was very upfront about it. I rented 5 units for a decent price even though I was charged an admin fee and a lock fee for each one on top of the first month's rent. The rent has kept going up until now (only 9 months later) it is 3 times what it was originally. No matter what they tell you when you rent a unit make sure it's in writing.
