11-08-2025I was paying $150 a month and all of a sudden it went up to $220. I was shocked and not only that but my code hardly ever works so I can't get in and out when I want to when the gates are closed.

08-23-2025The company raised the unit rent by mail over 60%. Needles to say I didn't receive the notice. Thankfully the local office was able to lower the rate. Yet, still too much money the unit. Buyer beware to rent here! Teaser rates than bait and switch.
