08-19-2025I used the 5x5 storage unit for about a month to store some essentials I needed for school. The unit was well maintained and the staff were incredible. Also, the unit was also very affordable. One of the staff, Mike helped me with the move-out process and was very respectful. I would recommend this specific location as it is about 10 minutes from UTK and seeing how accommodating the staff are.
