09-05-2024I could not get access through the gate using my app or the codes I was texted. They just did not work at all. Ive been renting from this place for over three years and this is my 6th visit. I usually have problems trying to get access but this time nothing worked. The hours are daily 6-9 and Im here at 6PM. I live quite far from here and came out of my way after work through traffic just to not be able to access my unit. No after hours number or anything. Ill be moving out as soon as possible. Absolutely absurd.
