Husband and I had to make an emergency last minute move to Big Bear, and Extra Space Storage was able to accommodate us the same day we came in! Andrew was very helpful, straight forward and honest (rare quality these days), so we are extremely grateful to say the least. Office environment is very welcoming, staying true to Big Bear and our unit is well maintained and clean! Stopped by two other storage facilities that day, and Extra Space Storage is hands down, the best! Thank you Andrew and team, yall rock!
