06-26-2025I asked for a unit that was temperature controlled. When we got to the facility in Petaluma CA, the unit had fluid stains on the flooring, it had a musty smell, and it was HOT. We never took ownership over the storage unit C190. I have called them several times with promises to have my money returned. Its been 4 weeks and I still havent gotten my money.
