11-04-2025This place is a rip off! I had 3 storages all different sizes. They don't prorate their rates you pay full price. I got my storages end of September paid full price for units, only to be charged again straight away October 1st with a rate increase. Not knowing this as I am placing my items in the unit only to get slapped with a lien notice and a threat to sell my furniture. Not once to anyone workers whom spoke with us many times said anything. Looking to get my stuff out of this place fast. They are not worth giving your money to. Update: This company is becoming the biggest group of thieves ever, and they are definitely rude, hostile, and very disrespectful. On 11/1/2025 my husband went to 300 Rush Landing Road to pay our October bill which was 817.00 total only to be told by Sarah the property manager she doesn't accept at this location and sent him to 130 Landing Ct to pay with cash. The property manager from that location her name is Josephine says "Your all paid up through October". Only to be called next day 11/2/25 that we aren't allowed into our unit because the hit us with another late fee and a lien fee for the Month of October 2025. WHY?!? So my husband goes in to speak to Josephine in person and she is like huh? Yea I am not sure why they are charging you these fees because you paid here yesterday 817.00 on full on cash. He asked her if he could speak to someone else to straighten this matter out. She says he has to speak to Donald Sabiniano the District manager. My husband explained to her that he has called Donald in the past only to never get a call back from him for the same issue we had back earlier this year saying we owed money when we didn't. Needless to say Josephine left Donald a message to call my husband back on 11/2/25 She then gives him 2 other numbers to call one goes to automated service with no way to get a hold of corporate office, and the other number doesn't work at all. My husband then called the number for District manager Donald on 11/3/24 left a detailed voicemail of the issue that is at hand and asking for clarification on added fees. As day went on my husband called 2 more times leaving 2 more voicemails with no response from Donald. Then again today on 11/4/252 more times. Finally Donald calls him back today on 11/4/25 at 4:20 pm with an attitude, not answering any questions demanding we pay 767.15 in full they have already cut our lock with their lock being placed on our unit that they will proceed with selling our belongings. Then hangs up on my husband. My husband calls me informed me of the situation, so I asked for Donald's number. I call immediately only for him to not answer the phone. I called 2 more times finally leaving an upset message not being rude or name calling asking for him to call me back with my number. So here is full story on how we got here with names and locations included. On October 4th, 2024 we rent 10x30 unit at 561.00 a month first let's start that when this storage was gotten on a credit card the gentleman was told not to put on a auto pay, ignored that put on an auto pay charging 561.00 on November 1st 2024 causing a hold set of problems. Get that fixed with the 1800 number, then in January Sarah the property manager at 300 Rush Landing Road starts asking about our family dog Loki, asking my husband if she could foster him at first, my husband politely declined offer. Sarah then see us together a week or so later then proceeded to ask me if she could have our dog since we literally found out I am disabled and thst we were homeless. I said flat out No. Cut to when we stared having issues again about our units. I put in original review only to get a call from Sarah stating if we took down the review they would give us a 50 dollar discount on late fees. I stated absolutely NOT taking it down. That I stood on what I said 10 toes down. Then the real problems started. They kept saying we owed fees, kept threatening to sell our unit. This is the first we started to deal with Donald the District manager. They asked him to call us he does sounding
