BEWARE!! Public Storage raised my rent by over 30% after only 4 months. Fine print indicates they can do this anytime for any reason. Predatory. Look elsewhere - other companies DO NOT take advantage of their customers like this.
The guy I spoke with was very nice and was able to help me in my difficult situation thank you for that
Been renting a storage unit here for five years havent been over here in a couple years. Literally no dumpster or anywhere to dispose of anything. The bathroom is out of commission this place is worthless and not worth the money. No customer service present and now its saying that my access code is invalid even though it let me in so now I have two carts full of stuff that I cant even get down to my car.
There's never anyone available in the office when you need someone. They seem to always leave around lunchtime.
DO NOT RENT!! My storage unit was burglarized. Most of the content was stolen. The insurance covers only items you can prove ownership and only up to 5k. So thats useless! Management is completely unhelpful and there are no security cameras! Access to gate is difficult. Directions to units are non existent, I had to go around the floor several times. The storage unit I had reserved was a locker ! Super inconvenient, who goes up a ladder with boxes? The employee was helpful and fast in getting me a new one.
Ive had a small unit here for more than two years. Over that time, the rent was raised multiple times at random with little warning (from about $100 eventually to over $250) and very little recourse, I dealt with random charges and changes to my contract, access to the building was unreliable, and Public Storages customer service was nonexistent. I dont fault the employees at this location at allseems like the company just doesnt care about its people or its customers. Youre better off looking elsewhere.
