12-05-2025I meet Katy M. at international facility yesterday 12-05-2025. She was covering for someone. But her facility was very close by on McArthur. We purchased a storage room and had a few questions about the room. Katy M answer all our questions and show some units. I left something at the site. Katy M went to her site to help clients. So I really needed the documents I had left at site. Went to her site and she was willing to help me out with this issue. That was very nice of you Katy M I preciate you. Thank you. 11-03-2025Do not store your stuff here! The place is infested with mice. I found multiple dead mice and feces-covered stuff in my storage unit. The customer service is very confusing and hard to get in touch with on the phone. It also doesn't seem like it's staffed by anybody. The front office on the last three times I've been there has not had someone available. I've moved out of this unit and don't plan on working with this company at any point in the future.

11-01-2025I've been a customer here for 2 years. Although this area may not be the best location of Oakland I've had the best customer service experience in my 20 years of dealing with Public Storage locations. All thanks to Davonte's professional courtesy calls with payment reminders or updates of any unusual activity surrounding my unit. If it weren't good his attention to detail, I wouldn't feel safe and relocated long ago! But I'm staying instead thanks to Davonte!-Y.A.
