Patrick has excellent customer service skills. He was helpful and quick to problem solve. Overall, during my year here, the experience was positive.
Increased our rate more than 30% after we moved in. Elevators are always out of service. Avoid.
Forgot the name of the girl who helped me (glasses and curly hair, very friendly and smart) but shes a gem! I went to another location to attempt to resolve a time sensitive billing issue after they told me over the phone I had to go in person to resolve it, and the person there was unable to resolve it and was generally unhelpful. So we decided to try to go by one more location before closing time to see if we could resolve it and thankfully we went to this one and got to work with this super helpful gal! Friendly, informative, and patient with me being on the phone with customer service (so rude of me tbh but I was trying to juggle things in a panic), AND solved the issue within 5 mins! Super thankful she was at the desk when I needed assistance!
The elevator has been down for over a month. They just hike up the cost of the unit at will - mine went up almost $70 and I was only in the unit for 4 months before that. If you try to call to talk to someone for help (not for sales - those answer right away) it takes 20-30 minutes to get someone on the phone. I will say the in office staff is friendly and helpful - but the business as a whole is just looking to gouge you. Save your money and go elsewhere. The hours here are also terrible compared to others.
My mother is a customer at your storage facility, and her recent experience was extremely disappointing. Yesterday, she was locked in the facility and became disoriented because she had never used the back exit before. She tried asking a staff member for help, but instead of offering guidance, the employee responded rudely, as if she were intentionally trying to stay after hours. She was lost inside the unit area, began to panic, and when she finally located a worker and explained the situation, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the misunderstanding. Instead, she later received an email and text message stating the facility hourssomething that was never the issue. The problem was the lack of assistance and professionalism from your team. Your staff needs additional training in customer service, especially in handling situations where a customer is lost, confused, or distressed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope you address it immediately. Locked in, lost, and treated like a problem instead of a personunacceptable
