11-10-2025If I could give them a zero, I would. I have been trying to reach these people for 5 days to rent an additional space with no success. No one is EVER AT THE ACTUAL PROPERTY, so when the elevators go down or there is a problem, there is absolutely no one to talk to!!! All of my belongings along with everyone elses were held hostage for 2 weeks because the elevator didnt work and no one from the corporate office responded in a timely fashion

09-13-2025I believe one of the employees stole something out of my unit, They changed the lock and went in there and stole something. I havent gone through yet to see what else is missing, but definitely things were stolen.

We were coming from out of town and didnt know what we needed. Ann made sure to call me to make sure we made it in town.
