02-23-2026February 2026 It is one year after my earlier review (below) and we added 2 storage units during this time. When I first met my husband, he was utilizing another storage company. When he saw the difference in cleanliness, overall facility quality, customer service and ease of use, he moved over to Public Storage. Tanisha has made the effort to know both of us personally and treats us like important customers. She is a problem solver and ensures that we are 110% satisfied. She proactively checks with us to make sure we have everything we need. Tanisha is a true Customer Service professional. I have referred several people to Public Storage and will continue to do so. I wish more businesses were as well run. 2025 Excellent service! Tanisha and the team are outstanding! I just reserved a second unit for my family I've been a customer for four years and they are a pleasure to work with and very customer oriented! I've worked with several storage companies, and this is one of the very best!
