Clean. Easy to get in and out. 5?? UPDATE: 3?? 08/07/2024 After using them for 10 months, I went thru 3 separate price increases for monthly fees. I was lucky to be moving out right when they hit me with a near $100 increase in monthly dues for my 10x15. I'm bumping them down to 3* on my review because no amount of inflation would be responsible for 3 rate increases in less than a year. The people there are great. The storage room was clean and convenient. However, the prices increasing several times after luring me in with an $80/month fee, then going to over $200/month was not cool. Sorry guys.
