02-05-2026My husband reserved and paid $54 online for a storage unit. When I arrived the next day, no suitable units were available, so I requested to cancel and get my money back. They refused to refund anything, and after multiple calls, they said Im being charged an administrative fee and thats why theres no refund.

02-05-2026I did reservation online and paid $54. When I came a day after to see which unit they would give me they did not have available units that kind I needed so I requested to cancel the reservation and refund the money. However, they did not refund any money so I had to call them a few times. Eventually they told they would not refund anything because I owe them administratice fee.
