02-25-2026I called in to inquire about making an adjustment to my monthly bill being that Im paying just a few dollars short of 200.00 monthly for storage and I was def looking to see if any discounts or specials were going on at this time . On this call i was greeted so nicely by Ms. Diamond , she heard my concerns and immediately began to see what she could help me do. Ms.Diamond made a nice suggestion i immediately agreed which it helped to bring my monthly down almost a complete 40 bucks !!! Needless to say Im very pleased with what she was able to do!!!! Thats what i say at my job she gave me ECC EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE!!!!! Thanks Ms Diamond ????????????
