02-03-2026Kayla was super helpful from start to finish. She walked me through all my options, took her time explaining everything, and helped me find the best unit for what I actually needed. She was very upfront about pricing, fees, and taxes no surprises at all, which I really appreciated since some places dont tell you until youre already signing. This was a unit transfer and she ended up saving me over $1,000 and a ton of time. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend working with her if youre looking for storage.

01-12-2026I'm shocked that reviews say this place is clean. It's completely infiltrated with cockroaches. My friend's unit that just had a couch and other living room and bedroom furniture was completely covered in feces. Absolutely disgusting!
