I rented a space for over a year and I never had any issues as far as cleanliness or security. The employees were all nice. Only issue that I had was they wanted to raise my monthly rate on a few occasions. This is the only reason that I moved from this company. When they first wanted to increase monthly price I went in and talked to one of the employees and they were able to keep it at the current rate, even though I had to pay a few months at the new rate. I was on the automatic pay, for me I think if youre paying on an automatic payment they shouldnt increase rates as much as a customer that is paying on a monthly basis. Now they are missing out on my monthly payment, Im sure they will be able to rent it out.
