06-30-2025Ridiculous. Yes it's convenient and secure, probably a good location Incase of a hurricane, we'll see. But they keep changing the prices. In the contract you sign to obtain the unit, you essentially are agreeing to Public Storage changing the price anytime & they sure do it quick after the first few payments. My rent for my small unit in 8 months has doubled in price. I originally purchased online for a better "deal". It never says the price is temporary when you initially sign the agreement, but it is, apparently. Eventually I'll be looking for storage that isn't trickery & deceit like this one. Also, if I go online right now, I'd get the same unit I have for $40 a month...what?!l Come on! They know people aren't gonna move their stuff around from unit to unit. So shady, BEWARE!

06-11-2025Hi Adam! Thank you so much for YOUR QUICK FAST AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE! Due to my situation the Tampa storage calls were confusing to say the least and very very HIGH PRICED! Besides the fact that they played head games with names when I called back in 2 minutes. At least 5xs I had to call back and was told they never heard that name. I JUST SPOME WITH YHEM VIVIAN/ OSLMIN. BENJAMIN HIMSELF! That was STATE STORAGE/ BENJAMIN'S... PEOPLE. TAMPA FL. I REALLY AM VERY GRATEFUL AS I WAS JUST ENTERING THE STATE OF FLORIDA FROM SAN ANGELO TEXAS AFTER I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. ON A RENTAL WITH A ROOM MATE CHRISTINE DUFFY/ BARTHOLOMO AND HER DAUGHTER AND GRANDSON SHANNON DUFFY AND ALEX FROM TEXAS SAN ANGELO. THE PLACE CHRISTOVAL ESTATES SAN ANGELO TEXAS 76903/LPT#613 THE PROPERTY MANAGER, ERICA HERNANDEZ. GREAT MAD COOL WOMAN who tried to help but I am on SS and could not get out of that fast enough even though I PAID! A NIGHTMARE! So , you see what Im sayin. I needed to RETURN THE RENTAL AT TAMPA ENTERPRISE ON TIME! I DID THAT! THANK YOU FOR THE REST I hope I was no problem or caused any inconvenience as I got locked in after putting my things in storage!! You and Your team are very pleasant and made me feel at ease!!
