Made the rental experience pleasant . I'll be referring others because of the great customer service. Facility is very clean.

05-27-2025LIARS!!!!! They lure you in then rapidly increase your rent after a couple of months. They have increased rent 3 times within the past year and I am now paying more than double the original rent. Needless to say this is my last month here moving out ASAP.

05-26-2025I have a storage at 2065 Placentia in Costa Mesa, the public storage closest to PCH. I've been there since mid January 2025. Not even 6 months. They did not give me notice. By law the storage facility must give you a 30 day notice regarding the increase in rent. Unfair business practices that's really unfair to the consumer. So if you rent a unit at a discount price make sure you pay in advance that way they can't raise your rent until your payment are used up. I'm moving out because of it I'm tired of being treated like I'm not a human.The hours are only 6 to 5:00 on the weekend 6:00 to 6:00 on weekday it's hard to get in there when you work all the time there's never any carts to carry your stuff there's only two of them and they're usually down at the other one you have to go down walk all the way down to the other side to go get them the bathroom is always locked I'm older so sometimes I end up peeing in My pants by the time I get the key to get into their bathroom, it's to late I can't hold it that long. It's really ridiculous and most of the time they're not even in the office, which means you can't use the restroom if it's locked. Fat chance of ever getting in or out of that place without problems I think the reason why they raised my storage rent is because I complained. One time I was locked in there when I locked my keys in my car and they sat in there grey SUV watching for over 20 mins, they just sat in their in their SUV watching, as I called my boss to tell him I was locked inside the storage facility, and that I was going to be late to work. After attempting to call them 9 times and corporate offices too, I finally called the police. Once I called the police they clicked their clicker and let me leave. I can't figure out why they didn't just let me out. I couldn't believe it I was very upset, not only was I locked in the place it was dark out and scary, now I was going to be late for work on top of all that stress. They just sat there in their grey SUV watching me with tears in my eyes. I'm moving I'm tired of being treated like I'm not a human being. Power players need an attitude check. I realized It was my mistake locking my keys in my car but for them to set there for 20 mins in there SUV out front on the other side of the gate, What tripped me out is how can someone get pleasure out of hurting others?
