06-28-2026Pam is amazing. She went above and beyond. She always welcomes me and my son has the best attitude and always is so kind. Would bend over backwards for her customers. Always prompt always on time and mainly she is always there and working. Never had anything bad happen here safe location CLEAN never seen bugs. My son and I enjoy coming and being greeted with a smile and warm welcome! Nice to feel appreciated and thats how it is here. Thank you Pam.

06-28-2026I want to recognize Pam for the outstanding job she does managing this property. She is always accessible, helpful, and extremely accommodating. I recently had to move my storage unit, and she made the process as easy as possible. She keeps the property spotless and clearly takes pride in what she does. I have been renting storage units for over 20 years, and it has become harder and harder to find properties where there is still a real person managing the location and caring about the customers. With so many large companies outsourcing and automating everything, the people who are still on-site seem to be expected to wear many hats. Pam goes above and beyond. She offered water to my sons while they were helping me move, and I also noticed her making sure an elderly customer was okay. She is not always sitting at the front desk because she is actually out working... cleaning, checking units, helping customers, turning units over, and keeping the place running. Honestly, Pam is the only reason I did not move my business to another storage facility. That says everything about the value she brings. She makes customers feel taken care of, and she deserves real recognition for the pride, professionalism, and kindness she brings to her work every day.

The staff has always been very professional, friendly, courteous and Very helpful. Anytime Ive ever had any questions or needed help Pam one of the staff members has always been there. Highly recommend if youre in need for storage short-term or long-term.
