07-19-2026This location is very clean. I spoke to Judson who was very helpful and kind. I recommend this place. It is a kiosk unit/self service but customer service is good. I rented a 10x10 it was more than enough. God bless you.

05-21-2026If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Judson at Public Storage in Oldsmar is an absolute superstar and the definition of what exceptional customer service looks like. I found myself in a real bind and without hesitation, Judson came in on his day off just to help me out. Who does that?! That level of dedication, kindness, and genuine care for a customer is almost unheard of these days, and I am beyond grateful. He tackled everything with an amazing effort, a great attitude, and made sure I was completely taken care of before he left. On top of all of that, the property itself is spotless and immaculately maintained it is clear that Judson takes just as much pride in the facility as he does in his customer service. You can tell he truly loves what he does and takes so much pride in going above and beyond for the people he serves. If you are looking for a storage facility in Oldsmar, look no further than Public Storage and if you are lucky enough to work with Judson, consider yourself in the best hands possible.
