07-07-2026Such a pleasurable experience working with Extra Space. We used to use another self storage company and could never get a real human to talk to when we needed help or had questions. The move-in process was an ease thanks to Bill and I couldnt be more appreciative of Extra Space and will not use anyone else ever again.

07-05-2026So I started renting with them not too long ago. It hasn't been bad at all till there's a small problem. If you are late on your payment just because your check didn't clear for the holiday and was late 6 days late they will charge you $48 fee on the 6th day and lock your stuff till you pay. I called the main office number and they won't do nothing as well as the building manager, also to remove the insurance fee is a hassle they make you keep it witch is $30 a month. I am just warning everyone about the bad stuff I had encountered with them. Just make sure you pay them in the 5th days grace period or they will steal $50 from you on the 6th day. I will keep this review updated till I get another problem with them or if the problem has been resolved.

07-01-2026Extra Space Storage was awesome. We sold and closed on our home in 30 days over 16 months ago. They had a large unit on the first floor as we also needed easy access to some items that could not fit in our RV. But We needed a place to store our Stuff until our house was built. They have been great Very secure and climate controlled and the move out process was a breeze. Thank you. I recommend them for your storage needs.
