08-16-20245 ?? Customer Service (in New Orleans is almost unheard of) 5 ?? Cleanliness 5 ?? Climate Control is perfect! Great A/C in summer and heat in winter 5 ?? Easy Access and carts always available 2 ?? No roof on individual units. Every unit is open to the next one over. There are bars so people cant come in but bugs can. Units like this are hard to keep moths or whatever insects out of. Unit is clean upon arrival and easy gates to open 5 ?? Devin at the front desk. Both of them. At the time I rented there were 2 Devins working the office. One has been there longer and I encounter more often, and Let me just say he is a very respectable and helpful employee.
