(Staff was very friendly and helpful .. from Carlos the phone answering guy to Patty the storage facility staff .. made this quick and easy and even stayed in budget with the insurance included... This facility will meet or beat your expectations.. check them out.)BUT I have had this unit for almost a year now and the rate increases ever 2 to 3 months.. There is no SET rate contract unless you pay in full in advance but then it will increase .. they state units are almost sold out so what raise rents on customers that are already established to get them to move out?? My unit is 10x15 it went 70 to 118 now 221 .. just letting everyone know so your not sticker shocked rates will change with only a 30 day notice..
