08-19-2024Everyone here is always so helpful and polite whenever assistance was needed! I used this Extra space storage location for almost 3 years without incident. My items were secure and the facility was always clean and well taken care of. I had a climate controlled unit and there was never any incident where I didnt receive the service Id payed for. Billing was always easy and customer service was always quick and no fuss. On my final day Joe assisted me and was quick to send my receipts! (Some storage facilities Ive dealt with in the past have dragged their feet in the past)He along with any other personnel I have encountered have always been professional , courteous, and kind. If I have need for a unit again I would definitely consider them!
