02-25-2026The change in management from Best Box to Extra Space has been relatively seamlesssame cost for the unit, same insurance, same access code, same level of cleanliness, same feeling that my belongings are safe and secure. I feel this is largely due to Extra Spaces keeping James as the manager, who takes pride in his job and the facility and is always willing to help if any issue or questions arise.

02-24-2026We picked extra space storage because the property is clean, secure and super well maintained. The manager James is awesome! He is very responsive and easy to work with. He helped us so much when trying to deal with complications emptying out our unit. Most storage places are not run so well. It makes a huge difference to have someone on the premises. Highly recommend!
