12-07-2025We already have one unit at the 26th Avenue North location and went in yesterday to inquire about a second unit. We currently have some things stored with a different storage group across town, but have been unhappy with the cleanliness and constantly increasing cost. Ebony was fabulous in helping us select a replacement, and got us the best price. Her helpful attitude, and overall great personality, was refreshing. Thanks again, Ebony, for assisting my husband and me!

11-30-2025Renting a unit was fast and easy process! Customer service was great and the pricing was better than anywhere else I checked!! The facility is in a good location, with dollies and elevators to make moving furniture, etc very easy!

11-03-2025Raised my rent $70 to $230 didnt give me a notice. They will tell you when you first sign up just give us a call if it raises and they will work with you. Completely false. They will put in down a little bit and the next month raise it again and again. When I tried calling they didnt answer so I called from a different number and they answered. Took advantage of me because I was out of state. Since I couldnt contact them I had to drive over 16 hours just to vacate because of the predatory values of this business. Now I am paying $60 guaranteed not to change for 1 year. Dont fall for the trap of its only $70. They will be getting back their money trust me on this. Very unprofessional
