08-21-2024I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to details. When I moved in, Lewis was very thorough and I feel like I made the right decision to store at Extra Space. I lost something on my move in day and left a message to let them know. I got a text right away that they went looking for it and would keep an eye out! My stuff was taken care of for two years! I just moved out and again, they were very helpful. I would absolutely recommend storing your stuff here!!!

08-16-2024Yes about a month ago I was in dire need to have somewhere to store my Truck for only a week. And every place I called was either way too expensive and wanted me to pay a deposit and also a full months rent. I thought I out of Luck until I called Extra Space Storage. The Lady I spoke to said they didnt have any parking spots available so I was like here we go again. The Lady who was so nice and polite on the phone was so amazing. She quoted me $181 dollars a month for a storage unit that would actually fit my truck in it but I explained to her that I only needed to store my truck for a week. So I didnt really wanna pay that much money for just week. I explained my situation to her and she told me that Extra Space storage was running a special at the time and the first month was free all I needed to pay for was the $29 dollars administrative fee. And I could have the unit and not be charged anything else as Long as I came the next week and retrieve my truck. She was an Angel! I have always rented numerous units from Extra Space Storage over the years prior and I will always call them first when I need a storage unit. Thanks so much for your help and dedication to your customers
