When I left a message over the weekend, he called me back first thing Monday morning. When I needed to extend or notify for my move-out date, Mike was so helpful in guiding my decisions and fitting the experience to meet my needs. Every interaction has been so positive and customer-focused. Would 10 out of 10 recommend :)

Mike has done an AWESOME job of supporting me, a customer from Michigan, with a daughter living in Mount Pleasant. My daughter needed some space to store some items for awhile.
