12-02-2025Extremely unsatisfied. Had to pay nearly $300 as rent as a penalty for a 1-day misunderstanding of the move-out date. Rent constantly increased once you move in: I say my rent increase from $178 to $276 across a two year period. Unable to speak to a human onsite on a weekday at 2 PM; forced to interact with a digital kiosk.
