08-23-2024I just got off from work and was trying to get into the gate. My code was not working and I was about to leave when I saw someone come out of the building ready to go home for the day. He saw that I was having trouble and immediately took action by reopening the building, turning on the system, and check what the issue was. He insured that the problem was resolved and showed the upmost professionalism, care, and commitment befitting of his leadership title. His name is Matt Shelhamer and I made sure to grab a business card off of him. I want to thank him again for the help.
