12-02-2024Liliana was super friendly and helpful in getting me set up with a promo discount for a new storage unit. 3 Edit: Inconvenient that they close at 6pm on weekdays and 5pm! on the weekends. 1 Edit: When I originally asked how long a discounted/sale rate would last, I was (surprisingly) told (by multiple parties) it would be in effect the lifetime of my account! Decided to give it a shot. Too good to be true? Of course. 5 months later, rate's going up! by about 32% Not unsurprising, but still not cool being lied to your face. Repeatedly. If it's not going to last just be honest instead of false advertising... Wish I could give 0 Edit: it's been 3 years...the rate is now More than Double the original rate. The rate increase wasn't so bad the 2nd year, then jumped again last year... and now just went up by OVER $130. This is ridiculous and no longer competitive pricing.. even with their own rates advertised online @ 5yrs. Being able to open the front gate with the app is convenient ... But pricing keeps going up way too fast. The Same Unit Size and Type is literally over $100 cheaper online WITHOUT the current sale pricing. 2024: price went up by almost another $100.. right after Black Friday sales and just before Christmas?? Terrible timing. Not gonna last much longer at this rate unfortunately.

12-02-2024The process increase at an astronomical rate. They lure you in with low rates and then increase like crazy. Sometimes it feels close to $100 increase year on year! I would avoid this storage facility.
