12-28-2025Their customer service is crap. No one ever answers the office when you need to get a hold of someone. All you get is the automated voice. They've been ripping me off for couple years. I URGE YOU DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They will keep raising your rent and will say they will help, but never do. My fault for staying there so long. Not trustworthy

12-02-2025I had the best experience here. Very clean and tidy! Jen was so helpful from the get go. She made the process of moving in very easy and even easier on the move out. I got myself in a bit of a pickle with some stuff and she was very helpful bringing me solutions and made the move out extremely easy. Definitely would reserve this place again if I ever needed it.
