12-11-2022I found it easy to arrange for a new unit, possibly because I already had one unit. The unit was full of water (on the floor) when I moved in (it was a rainy evening). I called the office the next day, and each time I have visited when it was raining, the floor was dry. Thank you for such speedy service.
