06-17-2025Nicole at the Monticello location had gone over and beyond for me! And thats still an understatement. I was forced to relocate back to my hometown because of an illness in the family and shes seriously saved me a lot of headache in an already hectic ordeal. Shes guided me to choosing the best setup for my personal needs and helped me IMMEDIATELY when Ive lost keys and had other concerns. I never write reviews, but had to for her. Highly recommend!

06-10-2025I had A pleasantly good time for it to be a storage facility ??the new guy sorry I forgot his name was incredible. Very informant. The manager I believe her name was Nicole. She was lovely as well too, and I would recommend this place to anyone for storage.
