03-03-2025Central Florida PS manager Sharon was rude and yelled during our conversation today.I left numerous messages for a manage to contact me. They are trying to raise our monthly unit costs by over 40% per month after a few months renting from this Florida location. What a scam ! After months of trying to get someone to call me. Ashley Pratt the district manager would not call me as requested. I wish we never stored our property at Public Storage. You cant speak to anyone for resolution only the local manager who is ripping his off.
