03-11-2026Today started off on a really low note. Losing money to an online glitch and being left with no unit number or answers was incredibly stressful. However, meeting Stephanie and Lisa was the silver lining I didn't know I needed. They are easily the hardest workers there. Stephanie was an absolute light; she was so kind and jumped into action immediately to fix the mess. Not only did she get me my unit, but she went above and beyond with a discount. Its rare to find people who care that much when you're having a rough day, and I can't thank them enough
