02-13-2026I have been trying to speak to someone in the office Feb 12 & Feb 13 each time I visited 3 times each day the office doors are locked no staff member in sight. Property needs maintenance the exit doors DO NOT open automatically at loading area you have to manually push open using your hands. During the night NO exterior lighting the parking / loading area it's VERY DARK definitely not safe. There is only 1 cart for the WHOLE building to use to move your belongings in / out so you have to wait for someone to finish to use. This by far is the WORST maintained Public Storage property & I have been to with the worse customer service because I have yet to see someone at the front office desk.

01-28-2026Disbelief and appalled, moving dolly only available for moving in, ABSOLUTELY no help because of moving out. The question was constantly ask " are you moving out" so it bias against those moving out..Greed
